# WooCommerce Try-On

Two independent WordPress plugins add WEARFITS try-on to WooCommerce (and, for clothing, to WordPress pages). The merchant checklist is [Get started — WooCommerce](../get-started/woocommerce.md).

Neither plugin recommends a shoe size. That is [Recommend a shoe size](../shoes/recommend-size.md), which needs a script on the product page rather than a plugin setting.

## Plugins

| Plugin | What it does | Status |
|--------|----------------|--------|
| **WEARFITS Shoes Tryon** (`wearfits-shoes-tryon`) | AR try-on button on shoe products; digitize photos via `POST /api/v1/shoe-3d` or paste a viewer URL | Live on [WordPress.org](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wearfits-shoes-tryon/) |
| **WEARFITS Clothing Try-On** | AI clothing fitting room via iframe, shortcode, and block | Earlier stage — not the same digitization path as shoes |

Each plugin installs on its own. You can run one or both.

## Shoes in brief

1. Create an API key at [dash.wearfits.com](https://dash.wearfits.com).
2. Install the plugin and save the key under **WooCommerce → WEARFITS Try-On**.
3. On a footwear product, **Digitize with WEARFITS** or paste a try-on URL.
4. Shoppers see **Virtual Try-On** (QR on desktop, AR on mobile).

## Clothing in brief

The clothing plugin builds a [tryon.wearfits.com](https://tryon.wearfits.com) iframe from the product’s images, name, and garment type. It does not generate 3D models. See [Clothing plugin](clothing-plugin.md).
